Tune in to this exclusive interview on Pulse of the City with Yanyan Zhu, head of the Canada One Family Network (COFN), as she shares exciting highlights from the 11th AGE OF LITERATI Cultural Festival!

This year’s series centers around The Book of Songs (Shi Jing). While many think of Shi Jing as distant from modern life, it actually captures the everyday emotions of ordinary people—their joy, nostalgia, labor, and farewells. For children growing up in Canada, reading Shi Jing isn't about memorizing ancient texts; it’s about helping them connect with their roots and heritage.

The 11th AGE OF LITERATI Cultural Festival “Dramatic Arts” officially opens at 1:00 PM on October 24th! The Opening Ceremony and Cultural Gathering at New Kennedy Square are free and open to the public. Enjoy exquisite tea and traditional tea tables, along with captivating performances by participants of the Youth Recitation Competition and the Canadian Recitation Art Troupe, as well as selected artwork displays.

Bring your family, sit back, enjoy a cup of tea, and listen to the timeless beauty of poetry!
