艺术工作坊：游园区2:00-9:00pm（5:00-9:00时间段必选，2:00-5:00时间段内任选）
果园采摘活动： 采摘区12：00-8：00 pm
音乐品酒活动： 酒吧区 12：00-8：00 pm
报名表演单位、艺术工作坊都需要列清以下信息：
1）单位名称、联系人姓名、电话、电邮、机构地址等
2）参演节目、参展项目名称
4）是否需要2:00-9:00pm 展位， 如果需要，自备桌椅、易拉宝等宣传物料参加两天艺术展位。
5）每个展位分摊费用50元。

Invitation for Sponsorship and Participation in the Ocala Mid-Autumn Festival Fair
Canada One Family Network and Xingyun Volunteers Association are pleased to invite you to participate in the Ocala Mid-Autumn Festival Fair, a series of enchanting events designed to celebrate culture, art, and community. We are currently seeking performers, art workshops, sponsors, and vendors to join us for this special occasion.
Event Details:
Dates: Saturdays - September 14th, 21st, 28th, and October 5th
Time: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Location: Ocala Winery and Orchards, 971 High Point Rd., Port Perry, ON
Event Highlights:
Main Stage Performances: Ocala Winery Central Stage, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Secondary Stage Performances: Various stages, 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Flexible time slots available)
Art Workshops: Fairground, 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM (Mandatory participation from 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM; optional from 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
Orchard Picking Activity: Picking Area, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Music and Wine Tasting Event: Bar Area, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Performance Groups and Art Workshop Participants:
To register, please provide the following details:
Organization name, contact person’s name, phone number, email, and address
Name of the performance or exhibition project
Indication of whether background music is required (If so, please send it to: canadaonefamilynetwork@gmail.com)
Whether a booth is needed from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM (If required, please bring your own table, chairs, banners, and promotional materials. Participation fee is $50 per booth.)
Sponsorship and Food Vendor Opportunities:
We welcome sponsors and food vendors to participate in promotional and sales activities:
Food Vendor: Main Stage area, September 14th and 21st, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, $100 per day
Commercial Promotion Booths: Main Stage and Secondary Stage areas, September 14th and 21st, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, $80 per day
To register as a sponsor or commercial vendor, please provide the following details:

Name of the promotion project
Indication of whether food is involved (If so, a food safety form needs to be submitted to: canadaonefamilynetwork@gmail.com)
Each booth shares the event management cost.
